Social leave — Medicaid funded program residents.

(1) Medicaid certified nursing facility residents and staff shall comply with state regulations related to social leave under WAC 388-97-047.

(2) Medicaid certified nursing facility staff shall assist residents in obtaining CSO approval for social leave.
