What vehicles are exempt from paying tolls on the SR 167 HOT lanes?

Vehicles described in RCW 47.56.403 and WAC 468-510-010 are exempt from paying tolls, including transit buses and vanpool vehicles owned or operated by any public agency. All other vehicles using the SR 167 HOT lanes must pay the required toll. All toll-paying vehicles must have a transponder and a valid toll account.
