Confidentiality of protected records voter information.

All records pertaining to a protected records voter shall be maintained in a manner that ensures that the records are accessible only to authorized personnel. Information for a protected records voter shall not be maintained on any voter registration data base and shall not be publicly accessible, except as provided by chapter 40.24 RCW.
