Discipline — Appeals — Adjudicative proceedings.

Any school district may appeal a decision by the superintendent of public instruction to deny, suspend, or revoke a traffic safety education program approval, using the adjudicative proceedings in RCW 34.05.413 through 34.05.494 and the administrative practices and procedures in chapter 392-101 WAC.
