The nursing home must ensure:
(1) All sewage and liquid wastes are discharged into an approved public sewage system where such system is available; or
(2) Sewage and liquid wastes are collected, treated, and disposed of in an on-site sewage system in accordance with chapter
246-272A WAC and meets with the approval of the local health department and/or the state department of health.
