How must a companion home provider report abuse and neglect?

A companion home provider must immediately report suspected abandonment, abuse, financial exploitation or neglect of a vulnerable adult:

(1) As required under chapter 74.34 RCW; and

(2) In compliance with the DDA residential reporting requirements in the companion home contract.
