Where do I find the program eligibility rules and service definitions for infant toddler early intervention program (ITEIP)?

Eligibility for infant toddler early intervention program (ITEIP) is defined by the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Part C, and Washington's federally approved plan. Additional ITEIP program and service information is on the ITEIP web site: http://www1.dshs.wa.gov/iteip. You can locate the name of the family resources coordinator (FRC) online at http:/www1.dshs.wa.gov/iteip/CountyOrgLinks.html or call the family health hotline at 1-800-322-2588. Parents may self-refer and do not need a doctor's referral for entry into early intervention.
