Consistent with confidentiality requirements concerning the resident, witnesses, and reporter, the department may provide notification of a preliminary finding to:
(1) Other divisions within the department;
(2) The agency, program, or employer where the incident occurred;
(3) The employer or program that is currently associated with the individual;
(4) Law enforcement;
(5) Other entities as authorized by law including chapter
74.34 RCW and this chapter; and
(6) The appropriate licensing agency.
