As used in WAC
388-78A-3400 through
388-78A-3480, the term "individual" means anyone used by the boarding home to provide services to residents who is alleged to have abandoned, abused, neglected, or financially exploited a resident. "Individual" includes, but is not limited to employees, contractors, and volunteers.
