Who participates in a hearing on petition for reimbursement?

(1) The office of administrative hearings (OAH) sends notice of a hearing under this subsection to the noncustodial (NCP) and to the custodial parent (CP).

(2) The NCP and the CP participate in the hearing as independent parties with the same procedural rights.
