What kind of help is available for an employer or plan administrator who has questions about the National Medical Support Notice?

An employer or plan administrator who receives a National Medical Support Notice (NMSN) from the division of child support (DCS) may do one or more of the following to get help with the form:

(1) Visit the DCS internet website at http://www.dshs.wa.gov/dcs/employers.shtml;

(2) Call the DCS Employer Hotline at 1- 800-591-2760; or

(3) Contact the DCS field office which issued the NMSN.
