Must an employer have a written copy of lockout-tagout procedures?

The employer must maintain a written copy of the procedures outlined in WAC 296-307-37807 through296-307-37817 and must make it available for inspection by us or by employees. The written procedures may be in the form of a copy of WAC 296-307-37807 through 296-307-37817.
