Request for replacement of licenses, permits, tags, stamps or catch record cards required by chapter
77.32 RCW, which have been lost, mutilated, or stolen, must be made by the licensee.
Duplicate licenses, permits, tags, stamps and catch record cards may be issued at department offices or by recreational license dealers.
