First peoples' language, culture, and oral tribal traditions certificates — Renewal and continuing education requirements.

The following shall apply to first peoples' language, culture, and oral tribal traditions certificates issued pursuant to this chapter:

A first peoples' language, culture, and oral tribal traditions certificate may be renewed for an additional five-year period on application and verification that the individual has met tribal renewal/continuing education requirements.
