Health care declarations registry account.

The health care declarations registry account is created in the state treasury. All receipts from donations made under RCW 70.122.130, and other contributions and appropriations specifically made for the purposes of creating and maintaining the registry established by RCW 70.122.130 and statewide public education campaigns related to the existence of the registry, shall be deposited into the account. Moneys in the account may be spent only after appropriation. Expenditures from the account may be used only for purposes of the health care declarations registry.
